I stopped in because a friend recommended the place, but unfortunately a lot of the items I came for were out of stock. The store was fine overall, just a little disappointing since I couldn’t get most of what I needed.

They had some really unique merch, which was a nice surprise since most places seem to sell the same five things over and over. Cool selection.

I liked that there was a big mix of music on the site. It wasn’t just one style or one kind of artist over and over. I found rock stuff, hip hop, country, and even some older classics I hadn’t thought about in a while. It was fun just browsing around, because I kept running into artists I forgot I used to listen to. If you like a little bit of everything, it’s a nice store to check out

A few of the product pages looked kind of basic, and the filters could definitely be more helpful, but it still worked fine overall. Not perfect, but it got the job done

I picked up a few things here for my dad’s birthday, he ended up really liking them. I was a little suspicious at first because music gifts can be hit or miss, but these worked out well. If you’ve got someone who’s into music stuff, it’s an easy place to find something.

To be fair, the design looked nice when it arrived, but the shirt itself felt cheap. After just one wash, the print started cracking, which was disappointing. I think it’s fair to expect it to hold up longer than that.

I ordered a Grammy Museum shirt in one size, plus a keychain, and somehow the package showed up with the wrong size shirt... and no keychain at all?? So yeah, not exactly what I was expecting!!!

Customer service did get back to me, which I appreciate, but it took a few days and I had to send photos and everything. They said they’d fix it, so that’s good, but it was still annoying to deal with!!!

I like the idea of the store and they have some cool stuff, but I really wish they checked orders better before shipping them out. I might order again someday... but probably not anytime soon!!

I can’t remember if it took two days or maybe more like a week, time has been a blur, but either way it felt quick and there was no hassle.

I ordered a shirt from The Grammy Museum, and while it did arrive on time, the package looked rough when it got to me. I’ve always liked supporting the Grammy Museum store, so I was a little torn because I wanted to be happy with the order right away.
The shirt itself is totally wearable, but it was wrinkled and the tag was bent like it had been tossed around a bit. It wasn’t a huge deal, but for the price and because I do like the brand/store, I expected it to show up in better shape. I’d say 3 stars feels fair.
